Easter

This morning at 4:30 a.m Emma appeared at my bedside telling me she was hungry.
What in the world?!
I pulled her up into my bed and told her to go back to sleep.
Every time I would wake up and look over at her she was wide awake.
She's usually my little sleeper-inner.
Needless to say I was pretty tired when Joslyn woke up at around 8:00.
Chris was a gem and took both girls downstairs so I could get a few more hours of sleep.
I slept until about 10:30, then I got up and set out all of the girls' Easter stuff
and hid a couple of empty eggs around the living room for Emma to find.
Yes, empty, that little girl loves finding eggs but didn't need one more piece of candy.

Joslyn's basket and dresses
Emma's basket and clothes

For some reason she loved this little bunny bike. She played with it all day.

And Joslyn slept through the whole thing.

Our poor attempts at a family picture with a self timer and an impatient 2 year old.
I ended up getting their Easter dresses from Ralph Lauren after I had
ordered outfits from Janie & Jack but ended up not liking them.
Joslyn wore her headband from her blessing and I made Emma one to match.

Later my brothers came over for dinner as well as Chris' sister Daria
and his brother-in-law Andy (Lauren was in California for her baby shower)
(my bros- Colin & Josh)

Seems Emma is fairly favorable of Miss Joslyn. I thought there might be a little animosity, but from the sweet pictures on the bed to seeing her snuggle next to her in their Easter dresses, there seems to be a lacking of animosity. That or else the pictures reflect happy sisters? Congrats on having some very sweet girls.
