I am the worst at checking my mail, probably because I have to walk down to the mailbox.
I hate that. When I was growing up the mailman always brought it right up
to the mailbox next to our front door. I wish it were still that easy.
Anyways, since I never check my mail I was so surprised to find a couple of
treasures when I checked the mail on the 15th.
A sweet girl from NYC sent me a delicious package and all I did was answer
a simple blogging question for her. I love people like this that are so sweet.

She sent me a box of famous black and white cookies along with a sweet note andthe recipe for the cookies. These treats did not last long I'll tell ya that.
I also received a birthday gift from my sweet friend Kathy.
A cute camera covered notepad, some mini journals and a yummy lip balm.

There is really nothing better than getting fun things in the mail! I am so bad and sometimes when it is only BILLS... I just close the mailbox in hopes for something fun the next day. Then I will bring it all in! You got some DARLING things and the cookies look delish!!!
